Yuriyan Retriever
Yuriyan Retriever was born in Japan.
She is skilled at English sketches and impersonations. In addition, her characters are loved by many people, and she has become a representative comedian of Japan.
She has received numerous comedy awards, and has appeared not only in variety shows, but has also appeared in dramas, commercials, and has worked as a voice actress. In addition, she signed commercial contracts with many global companies including "NIKE" and "KitKat". In 2019, she performed on "America's Got Talent"
(NBC), increasing her visibility not only in Japan, but all over the world.
In 2021, she won the KTV R-1 Grand Prix (A national championship in Japan for solo comedians), becoming the No.1 ranked comedian in Japan.
In 2024, she played the leading role in the drama "Gokuaku Jouo" (English title: "The Queen of Villains") on Netflix, introducing her to a global audience.
“Mag Mag” is her debut as a film director.
