CODE OF CONDUCT

At Screams By the Sea Sea events we foster a kind, welcoming and supporting environment to enjoy the movies we all love. We’re very strict about how we protect the trust that this statement demands.
This code of conduct extends to all of our festival & venue staff, volunteers, guests, vendors, filmmakers, and all of our online spaces. Everyone will be held to the same standard and there’re going to be NO exceptions.
The Screams Team reserves the right to ban, disqualify and remove any and all parties that break that code.
“No.” is a complete sentence!
There will be zero tolerance to harassment of any kind including:

Intimidation or threats

Inappropriate disruption of events

Hurtful language

Physical assault of any type

Inappropriate physical contact

Unwanted sexual attention

Unwanted photography or video recording

Bullying or stalking

Especially in connection to:

Race or ethnicity

National origin

Gender identity or presentation

Sex or sexual orientation

Age

Disability, medical condition, or pregnancy

Religion

Citizenship status
WHAT TO DO

If you’re asked to stop, you must do so without the opposite party having to repeat themselves.

If your behavior persists you will be banned from the festival forever.

If you feel uncomfortable or in danger please get to safety, and call 999. Immediately inform a member of the Screams By The Sea team with full detail of the situation. This communication will be kept confidential. Please file official complaint within 24 hours at festival@rnikolov.co.uk
